Q. Do you have a sales front?
Normally yes but due to recent circumstances, we are only accepting internet orders at this time. But hopefully, we will see you at a physical location for the summer season!!
Q. Isn't it fish instead of fishes?
A. Fishes refer to two or more kinds or species of fish, hence the name Fishes of the Adriatic Sea. Look for yourself at http://grammarist.com/usage/fish-fishes/.
Q. Can I get a blue fish on a blue shirt?
A. NO. We do not provide for custom orders at this time.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes, we do ship internationally.
Q. How much are shipping costs?
A. For shipping we are at the mercy of Hrvatska Pošta. We ship via their guidelines. Meaning a bubble envelope is considered a premium package to them. Their International premium package (Paket Premium) price list can be seen here in PDF. Domestic shipping can be seen here in PDF. Trust us, it pains us to charge so much for shipping but we do not have a choice sadly.
Q. How long will shipping take?
A. That depends on where in the world you live. Anywhere from one to four weeks, depending upon where in the world you live.
Q. Does Dishpet.com pay for customs and/or duties?
A. No. Any customs or duties charges will have to be paid for by the purchasing party.
Q. What payment methods do you offer?
A. Currently we accept payments through Paypal. You can also use your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover card or a U.S. Bank Account linked to your Paypal account.
Q. Do you offer wholesale purchasing?
A. Yes, we do offer wholesale purchasing for clients in Croatia only for the time being. The minimum amout is 100 pieces and can not be in the same city as any of our other retailers.
Q. Are the colors 100% accurate for the T Shirts?
A. Due to limitations in photography and the inevitable differences in monitor settings, the colors shown in the photograph may not correspond 100% to those of the T Shirts themselves.
Q. A Size and/or t shirt color is missing. Do you have it?
A. If the other sizes and/or colors are there and the one you would like is not available feel free to contact https://dishpet.com/contact-us... us and we will double check our inventory.
Q. I get an error when ordering?
A. In a few instances, someone was not able to order due to an error in the system. If this occurs please feel free to contact us with your order details and we will get your products to you!
