Shipments and returns
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via the Croatian post office.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk.
Satisfaction is guaranteed or we'll happily give you a refund for the shirts that you purchase (minus shipping/handling fees), provided they are unworn, and unwashed, and it is within 45 days of your order. The shirts must be in re-sellable condition, free from deoderant marks, pet hair and cigarette smoke odors.
Items will not be eligible for a refund if:
An incorrect address was provided by the customer.
Item is marked “Clearance” or “Sale” on the website. All clearance and sale items are sold as-is.
Shirt has been worn, washed, dried, or stained in any way.
If there is a problem with your product, please contact our customer service representatives immediately. While we do everything within our power to ensure that you receive your products in the condition you expect, sometimes mistakes and accidents happen. We will do our best to ensure that the issue is resolved to your satisfaction. Replacement items will be shipped the same method as the original order.
